Understanding your customers is key to growth. The Tangerpay Portal shows who visits most and spends the most, helping you run targeted campaigns and build loyalty.
Here, you’ll be able to see:
  • Top customers
  • Top customer spend
  • Average visits per customer
  • Average spend per customer
  • Average spend per visit


How to View Customer Insights

  • On the Tangerpay Portal, go to Dashboards > Customer
  • Select the site
  • Choose a time period:– Last 7 days– Last 4 weeks– Last 3 months
Note: Some data may be limited as not all customers will choose to enter their phone number or email address.

If your store uses a Kiosk, you’ll also see a breakdown of Kiosk vs Mobile Usage/Sales for additional insight into customer preferences.

To gather more customer insights, you may consider launching a  Membership  program at your store.
