Create A Store Credit

There are two ways to create a store credit on the Tangerpay Portal:


Through the Vouchers page:

    On the Tangerpay Portal, go to Vouchers > Create Voucher

    Enter the voucher recipient's details and click Create.Note: The email address is used to automatically send a receipt to the customer when the voucher is used. It is your responsibility to share the voucher code with your customer, Tangerpay will not email the voucher code to the customer.

    Copy the Voucher code and share it with your customer!


Through the Transactions page:

This is ideal for situations where a customer experiences an issue with their wash after completing a payment.
    Start by asking the customer for the last four digits of their credit or debit card used to pay for their wash, as well as the washer or dryer number they used
    On the  Tangerpay Portal , go to Transactions

    To quickly find the transaction or customer needing store credit, filter by start date and select the store site

    Locate the last four digits of your customer's card and click on the transaction

    Click Issue Voucher

    Enter the store credit voucher amount you would like to issue your customer (e.g. $10), then click Confirm

    All done! You can now issue the code to your customer.
