Tangerpay now has two-way communication integration with various laundry machine brands. Leveraging two-way serial communication, this integration ensures a frictionless journey for your customers.
Program selections—like cycle type or temperature—sync instantly between the machine and the kiosk/mobile app in real-time, regardless of where the selection is made. This allows customers to toggle settings at either point before finishing their payment. Once the transaction is complete, the machine starts automatically and begins the wash.
