Generating Remote Start Codes
IMPORTANT: Never share remote start codes with the public as it will allow unlimited usage.
Remote Start Codes allow you or your staff to start machines for free, with no usage limits. During onboarding, you should have received a personal Remote Start Code. If you have team members who also need access, you can generate additional codes—this way, your personal code remains private and secure.
How to Create A Remote Start Code
Go to Promotions > Generate Code
Look for the Remote Start promotion and click Generate Code
Enter the number of codes to generate—ideally just 1 for every staff member you have, then click Submit
All set! You can now share the Remote Start Codes with your staff. For easy reference, you can also download the list as a CSV or Excel file.

How to Rename Remote Start Codes
Go to Promotions > List Codes
Select the code to rename, then click Edit

Rename the code using up to 5 characters, then click Save.
