The Tangerpay Portal lets you manage your laundromat from anywhere. Track revenue in real time, start machines remotely, and create promotions to attract more customers!
How to Access the Tangerpay Portal
To get you started, we've set up your account with Admin access for your store which gives you access to all key functions of the Portal.
Logging In
You'll find your login details (email and password) in our Welcome email. Just head over to admin.tangerpay.com to sign in!
Need to change your password?
Simply click "Forgot Password" on the login page and follow the instructions in the email you receive. Or, once you're logged in, you can update it anytime from the "Change Password" option in the dropdown menu.
Changing your username or adding more users?
If you'd like a different username for your account, just drop us an email at service@tangerpay.com —we're happy to help!
How to Save the Portal as an App on Your Phone
Save time by turning the Tangerpay Portal or your store URL into an app for quick and easy access!
For iPhone (Safari)
Open Safari and go to the website you want to save.
Tap the Share button (square with an arrow).
Scroll down and select "Add to Home Screen."
Enter a name for the shortcut such as "Tangerpay Portal" and tap "Add."
Done! The web page will now appear as an app on your home screen. Now, when you tap the icon, the web page will open just like an app! 
For Android (Chrome)
Tap the three-dot menu (top-right corner).
Select "Add to Home screen."
Enter a name for the shortcut and tap "Add."
Done! You can now see the Tangerpay Portal as an app on your phone. Now, when you tap the icon, the web page will open just like an app!
