Offers

An Offer is a special type of promotion that allows multiple customers to use a discount code — but only once per person. Unlike general promo codes which can be reused multiple times by the same user or across different users, an Offer is designed to limit one-time usage per individual.

What is an Offer Used For?

Offers are ideal for campaigns where you want to:
  • Attract new users with a one-time incentive
  • Promote limited-time discounts to a wide audience without the risk of misuse
  • Collect verified customer data for future marketing
Because Offers are single-use per person, they’re perfect for public campaigns. You can confidently promote them through various channels, including:
  • Social media
  • Email newsletters
  • SMS blasts
  • Posters or signage at your location
  • Podcast sponsorships, radio ads, and other mass media
This flexibility allows you to reach different audiences while maintaining control over how many times the offer is used by each customer.

How Does a Customer Use an Offer?

  • The customer enters the Offer code at the Kiosk or via Mobile Pay when initiating a payment.
  • A pop-up prompts them to enter their mobile phone number.
  • The system checks if the phone number has used this Offer before:
  • If not used: the discount is applied.
  • If already used: an error is shown and the customer must pay the normal price or use another valid code.
  • Once redeemed, that Offer cannot be used again by the same number.

What Data is Collected?

When using an Offer, we collect:
  • Mobile phone number – used solely to verify single-use eligibility
  • Consent to receive marketing – users must opt in to receive future promotional materials
This data helps us ensure fairness and enables future customer engagement via SMS or other marketing channels (always with consent).
